The position of the insulators on this pole makes it possible to work out the pattern of the original wires. Two wires would have connected to the white potheads on this side of the crossarm. They would then have been shielded and connected to the insulator on the back of the crossarm. The wires would then have gone to the next pole behind the trees. The two insulators on the cowhorn bracket means those wires would have continued straight to the next pole
